Hi, I'm Sherri, and hair is my passion. I've been cutting, styling, coloring, and doing every other imaginable hair related process for 40+ years. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills as a Precision Haircutting Specialist, Master Colorist, and an Educator.

My absolute favorite part about what I do is helping you transform your look into the very best version of you and teaching you how to master your style; It can be a life changer.

Over the course of my career, I have often noticed the lack of training and mentoring opportunities for the young stylist; those just graduating from beauty school, but equally as important, those who have been in the industry for several years and are struggling with the decision of whether to continue as a stylist or not. Driven by those thoughts, I created On Point Haircutting Academy, an online and hands-on educational platform to help new and struggling hairstylists gain the skills they need to succeed in the industry. This reflects my commitment to giving back to the industry that has been so good to me for all these years.

While my love for hair runs deep, there is more to my story. Originally from Nebraska, my journey led me to Phoenix at the age of 12 where I lived through my high school graduation. As an adult, I relocated to the bay area, where I raised my three children. In 2014, I returned to Phoenix, now sharing my life with my husband, our dog Brandi, and visiting the kids and our three adorable grandchildren as often as possible.
